Custom Solutions and Pricing

1. Custom Solutions: All services provided by Ritz7 Automations are custom solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. As such, the scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project may vary.

2. Estimates and Quotations: Clients will receive a detailed estimate or quotation, based on their provided requirements, that outlines the scope of work and associated costs.

   Payment Terms

3. Advance Payment: Services commence upon receipt of a 20% advance payment of the total project cost.

4. Milestone Payments: Payments are structured as follows:

   • 30% after completion of Milestone 1, as specified in the project scope.

   • 30% after completion of Milestone 2, as specified in the project scope.

   • The final 20% is due upon the final delivery of the project.

5. Payment Schedule: All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the Scope document provided at the start of the project.

   
   

Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

2. Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy will be outlined in the individual Scope document provided to and agreed upon by the client before the commencement of the project.

   
   

Project Cancellation

If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for the work completed to date, which shall be payable within 14 days of cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for work created by Ritz7 Automations remain with us until the final payment has been made. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the delivered work will transfer to the client.

Limitation of Liability

Ritz7 Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
